The HBM-260 high-speed cartoning machine is designed for the cartoning of various products, including medicine plates, pillow bags, hoses, ampoules, and similar items. It operates continuously with a maximum cartoning speed of 260 boxes per minute. This machine offers high packaging efficiency, stable quality, and convenient operation.
As a high-tech product, it integrates mechatronics and is capable of automatically executing multiple tasks, such as folding instructions, opening cartons, cartoning products, printing batch numbers, and sealing. The machine utilizes frequency conversion speed regulation, human-machine interface PLC control, and photoelectric monitoring for each operational station.
In the event of a fault, the machine can automatically stop and display the error, allowing for timely fault resolution. The HBM-260 can be used as a standalone unit or connected with pillow packaging machines, aluminum-plastic machines, and other equipment to create a complete production line.
